Has anyone lost charactors that they have unlocked in The Mercenaries 3d? How do I get them back?

I unlocked Claire, Rebbeca, Jack, and Hulk. I was playing online and when I quit to play some more single player, I went to charator select and all I had was Chris, and Jill. It still shows that I had played with those charactors. Please help.
