HELP PLEASE! i need justice/ revenge?

So recently my friends and I went out and partied and my friend ended up loosing my phone. Well turns out its not lost but theses assholes have it and have decided to go through my entire phone. And instead of keeping the embaressing things to themselves they went through my pictures, found personal pictures (a pic a my boobs i sent to my bf) and sent it out in a mass text from my phone along with some other things. Now i discovered they went on my facebook and uploaded more embaressing pictures on my phone. What do I do? Is there some legal action I can take? Not only do I want my phone back but I want these guys to pay for all the humiliation they are putting my through. Please someone help me.
