How do i stay fresh down there? 10 points?

how do i stay dry and fresh smelling and looking in my vaginal area? im 16 and whenever i shower i look down and it just isnt clean. i dont have any infections, its just the discharge and stuff that smells bad and makes it not clean..so what can i do so that for the whole day no matter what, i stay clean and fresh and smeling good down under? really embaressing but i need help. i shave completely also.
