Wet the bed at 19 help! I live with my boyfriend so we sleep together.?

I woke up and realized i wet the bed so i quickly went and changed and we had been sleeping really close both facing in and a lot got on him so i convinced him that he did it. he felt bad. we havent brought it up since. I kinda hinted to him it wasnt him but i think he already knows. he knows its really embaressing for me. how do i stop it from happening again. i do have a UTI (urinary tract infection) that i am on meds for now. when it goes away will i still have to worry about it?
