Hulk Hogan loses his match after photographer flashes him.?

Does anyone remember what match or who he fought when Hulk Hogan is winning and a photographer jumps to the ring and takes a photo of him Hulk with a flash, blinding him and costing him the match. I cant remember when and where it was at. Anyone have a link to the video? Thanks
