Is The Incredible Hulk overrated?

from what i've seen he is pretty great but since the Brazil national team is so stacked, we sadly do not get to see him perform on the international level... if/when he moves to one of the top 3 leagues i'm sure we'll have a lot more evidence to judge him by since, at least here, we don't get very many Portuguese games on tv
