What r the best ways to make pimples on my back go away?

i dont brake out like crazy, but i have pimple here and there and ti bothers me o my face and i have manyy on my shoulders and bak and its embaressing, i use proactive but my skin is starting to get to used to it and I NEED TO USE FRAGERANCE FREE PRODUCTS! lol i have sensative skin
