My HpG60 is having a problem. It ran start up repair now it is a black screen. The computer is still on.?

My HP G60 laptop is having a problem. It ran up start up repair and now it is a black screen. The computer is still on and i still have a black screen. Should i take it in to a Best Buy or a different store to help me? I do not know what to do.
