Nipples turned out yet? I'm not completely sure what you mean but if it's inverted nipples, don't worry just yet, as the breast tissue continues to grow underneath, they may well pop out on their own. If not, later on, there are ways and means to draw them out, and finally there's always the surgical option. It's not a health concern really, but inverted nipples can make breastfeeding difficult after birth. Deal with the issue in a few years if it hasn't rectified itself by then, no doctor will do anything to breasts that haven't finished developing for fear of injuring the developing tissue and causing even worse problems.
