Ramadan: please only muslimahs answers this.I need help understanding?

This is really embaressing but I need to ask this. Ok so you know that when a girl gets married and the night of her wedding when she does it blood has to drop to confirm her virginity ok what if I play alot of sports like horse back riding and biking and i never knew it was wrong until mu cousin told me that a girl shouldn't do that or else her hymen will break and she will not be a virgin its really confusing and I'm scared what should I do ? Please this is a serious question.
