I need parent help really badd?

i dont know what i should do about my dad. im 13 and my dad doesnt trust me to go anywhere!! he wont even let me walk across the streett my best friends house without watching me! i know he is protecting but its sooo anonoying and verrryy embaressing! last night he told me he will never let me go anywhere with my friends until im 17 and i cant have a bf until im a senior in High School!!! its so not fair! i normally just do stuff behind his back and he never finds out but im sick of lying to him...i try being nice and good but it still doesnt work...i dont know what to do! i just wanna have a boyfriend and go hang out with my friends without have my dad being there babysitting us!! hheeellllppp mmee!!!
