My mum wants to know about a very odd dream she had last night, can someone help?

My mum has had a very similar dream before, it is a bit embaressing but hopefully someone with knowledge of dreams can give some clarification. Alright, so she is in a foyer/entrance way of one of her work places and there is a open (no enclosure) toilet in the middle of the entrance lounge, just sitting right there. With people sitting all around on benches, reading, talking walking by. And she despretly needs the toilet and goes and sits on it infront of everyone (strange, because she never uses anybodies toilet anywhere, she is too prudish lol) but as she sits and does her business, the poo is overflowing, she keeps wiping but more comes, its falling on the floor, bursting out the top-back of the toilet, falling down, and nobody takes notice of her on a toilet in the middle of an entrance lounge or that the poo is overflowing everywhere. Now yes, that is gross, but she really wants to know what it means. can anybody help?
